ONELITE software allows between the HMI touchscreen 15” setup the layout and the quantity of boxes to be stacked on the pallet. According to this created provision and other data loaded, the equipment automatically positioned the boxes on the pallet while this boxes enter to the machine.
Also allows memorize setting parameters in different recipes to be easily machine setup when palletizing the same product. Adjustable operation speed by means of a single parameter, maintaining the synchronism of the whole machine.
The machine has USB and Ethernet ports for data transfer with other equipment.
Built on stainless steel. Designed to withstand the acceleration of the movement of manipulator axes. These axes have great acceleration and speed of displacement, reducing considerably the operation times.
A conveyor through the boxes enter to the machine, where sensor captured and taken by the axes.
The equipment is suitable for using European (1200 x 800mm) and American (1200 x 100mm) types of pallets, according to ISO standards.
